This polish is so much fun. I bought "First Kiss" - now it is the the first polish I pick. Two coats and a Diamond Dry finish and it looks so pretty. The polish goes on easily (not too thich or to thin). Drys fast.
OK, it does tend to chip off, so if you like to do your nails every other day, you will like this. I plan to buy several more colors. Nice gift. It really works with the sun!

I got this product about a week ago, painted my fingernails and toenails and I honestly hated how the green looked. When it turned blue, which it rarely ever did, you have to be in the sun, facing the sun to see it, it was pretty looking. I have already have the blue color nail polish and that will be on toes, not the del sol one.

I don't reccomend island fever, any of the other ones may be ok, because I haven't tried them, but the green looked like a very snotty colored brown.

I bought this for myself. I have used this product in the past, and loved them. However with this one, I have yet to see it change colors in the sunlight. The regular color is very pretty. Need at least 2 coats to get the nice green color.

I used the Del Sol Island Fever color changing nail polish. The concept of a UV ray affected nail polish is an interesting one, but Del Sol simply has not figured out how to match that coolness with a realistic price tag and durability. I rated the product at three stars because it is entirely too entertaining to see the colors change in sunlight.

When choosing and using a bottle of nail polish the criteria which are important to me are that there is minimal chipping, an aesthetically appealing color, price tag, usability of the application brush, scent, consistency of the nail polish, hardiness of the nail polish in the bottle, and how enjoyable the nail polish is to wear.

Within 24 hours of painting my nails the polish began to chip. In comparison, my OPI nail polishes tend to last at least two or three days. Even when chipping occurs the Del Sol nail polish is frustrating--a clear top coat renders the color changing ability of the nail polish near non-existent. I could not level the old and new nail polish.

I am partial to the pale sea green color which is the non-sunlight side of this nail polish; however, the electric blue just seems a bit too blue for my preferences. Granted looking at my nail polish collection I guess I probably should have remembered I tend to just not put blue on my nails. Nevertheless, since I live in Northwest Oregon where we do not typically have much sun from October to April loving only the green color is not horrible.

The price tag of this product in general is atrocious. A great bottle of non-color changing nail polish is only eight dollars; the current asking price on Amazon is $19.55.

Love the colors. And the durability of this nail polish. Just wish I could find it locally so I didn't have to wait to try new colors
