I love how the shorts pull on and don't roll down as you work out, they just stay pratically in place! The cream smells good, I put it on my stomach and thighs. The shorts make me sweat a lot!! When I get home from my workout I have to towel dry off because I am so wet from sweating. These are not something that you can wear to the grocery store or anywhere in public after you workout because of how wet they are (which is the purpose of the shorts) you really need to go home and change first. I have worn them alone to Zumba and with shorts over them and both ways worked just fine. I will be ordering a second pair just as a spare!
