Este libro es malo... malo como el agua de pozo. Para empezar, las recetas comienzan en la pagina 89, ya que la autora considera necesario darnos mas de 80 paginas sobre tipos de vitaminas e historia de la comida natura/naturista antes de dar una sola receta. Que lastima que el titulo no es "Rollo aburrido sobre historia y datos irrelevantes y algunas recetas." El titulo es "Delicias vegetarianas de Mexico," y eso promete recetas de cocina, no sermones y datos aburridos durante casi 90 paginas. Despues, las recetas asumen que el lector es adivino o un genio en la cocina. Para las berenjenas rellenas, por ejemplo, dice "una taza de arroz integral." El arroz va crudo o cocido? Como vamos a saberlo si la autora no lo dice? Lo mejor/peor viene en las recetas que todos sabemos son un poco complicadas, como los tamales. Si hacer tamales fuese tan sencillo que solo necesita tres lineas de explicacion, cualquiera los haria. La autora solo dice "consiga la masa y revuelva." En menos de un parrafo ya sabemos hacer tamales! Esto, en la vida real, no es cierto. Las cosas no son asi de simples. Las recetas que hacen mencion de otras recetas no tienen numeros de pagina como referencia... la lectura es caotica y las instrucciones son muy, muy malas y con poca informacion. Creanme, tengo doctorado en redaccion tecnica.
