Delisioso - A Fantastic Cookbook!,

Being rasied in Corpus Christi, TX, I was given this cookbook at age 19 and have loved it ever since. It has so many good, simple recipes and ingredients are reasonable. The section on Mexican cooking is my favorite and I refer to it constantly. Everyone I have ever cooked for from this cookbook LOVES the meals, and many are requested regularly! I own MANY cookbooks and I'd say this is the most used of all.
