5.0 out of 5 stars Fun recipes from all over the parks April 24, 2008
This is the first Disney cookbook with lots of Beautiful pictures of the food! I own a copy and gave one to a few friends and my mom. One of my favorite desserts is the chocolate lava cake from the California Grill. Yummy! I had the scallops dish at Jiko and it was to die for, now I haven't made it from the book. But now that I own it I think I could....

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book August 25, 2010
I got this from Walt Disney World a few years back and it is a great book. I own a good collection of cookbooks but never really use them. With this one, I keep going back to it. The book contains a nice selection of recipes found in the parks and on the cruises, along with accompanying photos. My personal favourite is the Adobo Pulled Pork from The Crystal Palace at Walt Disney World, which I was thrilled was included.
As of earlier this year, you could find the book at Walt Disney World, but that may have changed.

The book also includes recipes for drinks and desserts, something like Tonga Toast or Strawberry Soup.

Whether you are a Disney fan or just love to cook, check this one out.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent So Far November 18, 2012
By John R.
I made the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding from 'Ohana. I slightly modified the recipe to be more like the french toast bread pudding with bananas foster sauce that they served at Boma for breakfast when I was there and it came out pretty much just like what I had when at Disney. There are a lot of recipes in this book that look great. I'll try some others around the holidays but I have no complaints yet.
