I cannot believe the mistakes in this book. I wanted to try the Tonga Toast and went on a Disney site to watch the video on how to make it. I then went back to the recipe in the book. This recipe is completely missing the egg/milk/butter portion of the recipe! And the Disney video did not reveal the proportions. I would not trust any of the recipes without doing research elsewhere to confirm the ingredients. I also bought the book for another recipe and it does not match what I had in the restaurant. I also tried the Lava cake recipe and reviews helped. Don't follow the cooking time in the book. I would not buy this again. It does not make sense. Why provide a recipe book with real mistakes?

I got this from Walt Disney World a few years back and it is a great book. I own a good collection of cookbooks but never really use them. With this one, I keep going back to it. The book contains a nice selection of recipes found in the parks and on the cruises, along with accompanying photos. My personal favourite is the Adobo Pulled Pork from The Crystal Palace at Walt Disney World, which I was thrilled was included.
As of earlier this year, you could find the book at Walt Disney World, but that may have changed.

The book also includes recipes for drinks and desserts, something like Tonga Toast or Strawberry Soup.

Whether you are a Disney fan or just love to cook, check this one out.

This is taken from the inside flap of the dust jacket to give you more of an idea about the book. Hope it is helpful:

"Many magical and memorable vacation moments occur during a great meal. This delectable new cookbook features some of the most delicious and creative recipes from the wonderful world of Disney dining at Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Park, Disney Cruise Line, and Disney Vacation Club.

Lavishly illustrated with beautiful four-color photography, the recipes within are certain to delight chefs and their guests. From the California Grill's sublime Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli to the decadent Chocolate Souffle on the Disney Cruise Line, Delicious Disney features an eclectic collection of culinary wonders."

This is a beautiful book with more than 80 never before published recipes, plus a section for classics that never go out of style (some dating back to the 60's!)

This is the first Disney cookbook with lots of Beautiful pictures of the food! I own a copy and gave one to a few friends and my mom. One of my favorite desserts is the chocolate lava cake from the California Grill. Yummy! I had the scallops dish at Jiko and it was to die for, now I haven't made it from the book. But now that I own it I think I could....
