This book is one of the most beautiful books I have seen on kindle. The cover is beautiful, but the photos on the inside of every recipe are outstanding also.

Who could resist a book about low fat delicious desserts? I certainly couldn't.
I was not disappointed either. Recipes such as Heavenly Chocolate Pie are hard to resist, and you don't have to with the low fat version. I made the Tangy Kiwi and Lime Smoothie Dream and it was a dream, one with no guilt.

Next on my list is Guilt free Chocolate and Banana Bread Pudding. I know it will be delicious without the guilt.

Buy this book now an fix something exciting for your family.

This book is a rare find. Low calorie desserts and not an artificial sweetener to be found. Health conscience folks can rejoice. I do not use artificial sweeteners of any type and this book has many alternatives for you to choose from. The recipes are also low fat so I can finally serve a delicious healthy dessert to my family without guilt. I can't wait to try the Scrumptious Cherry Souffle With Dark Chocolate this week. Highly recommended.

I never expected to see such a beautiful eBook. Perfect photos accompany every recipe; the recipe formatting used is easy to follow and very well written and most of the recipes are unique with a few classics nicely re-worked for the lower calorie count. It's very easy to see a lot of time and love went into the recipes AND the preparation of the book. A MUST purchase for your Kindle library.

Hello!

I'm Monique Ortega, author of "52 Delicious & Healthy Superfood Breakfasts Under 300 Calories" and "32 Delicious Low-Fat Dessert Recipes Under 250 Calories".

I was born in Barcelona in 1977 and spent my childhood enjoying the beautiful weather, surrounded by my extended family - including my nan, who taught me most of what I know about cooking.

I moved to England in my early twenties and I must have lost a screw at some point because I am still here, moaning about the rain every day :-)

When I had my little pumpkin 3 years ago, I decided it was time to start eating healthier meals. Preparing exciting new recipes that are low in saturated fats and packed with superfoods and healthy ingredients is my passion.

I love cooking and really enjoy preparing delicious meals and desserts for my family and friends.
