The reason I'm passionate about vegetarian cooking is simple.  Not only does eating more fruits and vegetables help prevent many diseases, it can even reverse some diseases as well...wow!  

However, just because I choose to eat healthy does not mean that my diet has to be bland and boring!  And so, that's my mission...to find recipes that are not only nutritious, but also delicious.

If you have a tough time consistently eating a healthy breakfast, this is the book for you! I love the fact that all of the recipes are vegetarian, but for anyone who doesn't care about this, get the book anyway because the recipes are delicious and with 27 different recipes, you won't get bored. Eating a healthy breakfast is easy with this book.

Got some great ideas from book and have really enjoyed making some healthy breakfast for a change. I loved the strawberry banana protein smoothie and the kids loved the whole wheat pancakes.
