Diabetic Recipes for Every Taste,

The recipes in this cookbook are easy to follow and well laid out. Mouth-watering pictures inspire you to try the healthy, intriguing recipes. I appreciate the time estimates for those rush-hour meals as well as the make ahead recipes. My only complaint is that some of the results taste like "diet food"--a bit bland.
