I really enjoy beading these little earrings. The book is very easy to understand for the beginner beader and still useful to the advanced.

Just what I was looking for. Beaded earrings that are different shapes and sizes, easily subsituted colors to customize the design to suit your needs. Good clear directions for each.

It's a really cool book, it's easy to understand makes you feel that anyone can make beautiful projects. I absolutely recomend this book to anyone, it doesn't matter if you're a beginner or an advanced beader.

I am new to reading so I am still discovering what I do and don't like to make. I bought this book just to get some ideas and see if it would work for me. When I got the book I was highly disappointed. The front is pretty and colorful. But that is as far as it went. The diagrams inside looked like they had been drawn by a child and scanned for this book in black and white. The pictures of the finished product was black and white as well so it was almost impossible to follow along for me as a beginner. There was minimal explanation of stitches as well. After a few days of trying to see if this would work I returned it. In the future I will be very wary of books that do not provide a glimpse inside. At least on this subject.

If you're looking for good, quick and simple designs, this is the way to go. It gives basic instructions in the front of the book, so you should know what you're doing by trial and error. These earrings are nice and quick- I finished a pair in about an hour and a half. I do wish the patterns for the earrings were more clear, but I suppose the small pictures will have to do. After you practice them a few times, you get used to what the different symbols mean.

There are color pictures of some of the earrings in the middle of the book, so you could just go from those as the pattern (that's what I did a few times).

If you want more complex earrings other than the traditional 'triangle' pattern, I would look for another book- that's about all there is in this one.

This is an O.k. kinda book, if you just looking for something simple to do.I would say this book would be good for a new beader.
