Samantha Yale has taken on a daunting translation project. A set of scrolls, delivered by a man she knows nothing about, tells a fascinating and frightening tale of what went on behind the scenes of biblical history. What is even more incredible is who is telling the tale--a fallen angel who immediately regretted his decision to side with Lucifer.
With The Deliverer, Linda Rios Brook brings new depth of imagery into the spirit world. It is a story about rebellion and consequences. It is about demonic strategy to disrupt and destroy the people of God. But ultimately, it is a story about the unrelenting love, grace, mercy, and determination of a sovereign God in pursuit of His children.
Linda Rios Brook is the author of numerous books including the popular novel Lucifer’s Flood. The president of the Rios Brook Foundation, she is a sought after speaker and teacher on matters relevant to cultural restoration. She is an ordained minister, serves on the WLI faculty and has served as a guest lecturer at the University of Minnesota.

Another Winner in the Reluctant Demon Diaries,
By
This review is from: The Deliverer: Book Two of the Reluctant Demon Diaries (Paperback)
Reminiscent of the C. S. Lewis classic "Screw-tape Letters" Linda Rios Brook has created a fresh perspective in relating the Biblical account of Israel's history from the time of Moses through to the days of Joshua's leadership, relating these stories from the Bible to spiritual warfare.
"The Deliverer" is the second book in the Reluctant Demon Dairies series. The unique feature of the series is the narrator. The story is told as seen through the eyes of an eyewitness to the events related throughout this fictional account of Biblical history. Ancient-Language expert Samantha Yale has been entrusted with a set of ancient scrolls. As Samantha translates the scrolls a behind the scenes account of the life of Moses is unveiled. The writer is a fallen angel who laments the day he first listened to Lucifer. Brook is gifted in creating incredible word pictures and mental images that remain engrafted on the reader's mind, opening new vistas of insight into the spirit world, demonic strategy, and the price paid for pursuing evil. Brook then conveys her understanding and personal acquaintance with the depths of God's love, grace, and mercy. "The Deliverer" will appeal to young adult readers who have taken pleasure in the recent popular trend of books which deal with the themes of heaven and hell and spiritual warfare. Readers of Brooks earlier book "Lucifer's Flood" will also enjoy this highly imaginative, entertaining, informational, and inspiring sequel. A phenomenal read.

The first book in this series is by far the best. The this one has been my least favorite so far. However, I am anticipating a big finish and can't wait for the next one.

This review is from: The Deliverer: Book Two of the Reluctant Demon Diaries (Paperback)
The first book in the series is Lucifer's Flood. It is a WONDERFUL fictional Christian book. It makes you really excited to read the Bible. It starts at the beginning and takes you through, kind of explaining the Bible in a story. I learned many things I didn't know by reading these two books. I've tried to get everyone I know to read them also. The ones that did weren't able to put it down until they were done. I love these books and it's torture waiting for the next one to come out. Definitely a good read for Christians.
