E-Learning can be a very powerful tool in the modern age, but done wrong, it can be utterly useless. "Delivering E-Learning: A Complete Strategy for Design, Application, and Assessment" is a guide to the world of E-learning and how to execute it well, so that what is taught is up to the standards of education that one would get attending a class in person. Discussing how to create a viable e-learning system, good strategies, addressing problems one has with students, and how to assess of progress, "Delivering E-Learning" is a must for anyone who is charged with making an E-learning system as successful as possible.

As a Training Manager (now re-branding myself as Head of Learning) at a medium size global business, this book has been all of the following: a great read, a toolkit, a handbook and an inspiration. I am extremely happy that I chose this one out of all the other eLearning books. For anyone who needs to understand eLearning at work from a strategic perspective, I cannot recommend this book too highly. The references for further reading and research are excellent

If you are looking for specific guidance on how to go about creating an elearning course then this book is a waste of time. It only tells what you should do and all of that can be easily googled.
