The technical details state this is a 1120 mAh battery but it's actually an 860 mAh battery. The factory Canon battery is 1120 mAh so this is an inferior battery compared to the factory original.

I purchased the Canon Power Shot SD4500IS - Digital Elph
The battery DD/NB5L was displayed as a compatible battery for this camera it is not.
The camera takes a NB 9L.
Misleading advertising.
