Excellent printer for the price!,

We are using this printer on a network with a router. No problems. We had a little trouble initially setting it up -- it kept losing connection to the network. Once we bought a new router, it hasn't had an issue since. It takes a little longer to warm up then that laser jet you use at the office, but for the price you can't beat it.
The guy with the pop-up problem may have an ad-ware issue, because we have NEVER seen that problem.

This is an excellent printer for the price - I got it on a sale for much less than list price. I have no "advertising" issues as the earlier reviewer states - Sorry, but I have no idea what that really means. Maybe another print driver or updated firmware would help. I'm using the printer for almost a year on both WinXP and Vista and it simply prints what I ask with excellent output quality. In addition to easy installation and excellent speed, the printer has the easiest 2-sided printing option I've seen, cutting my paper use and $$ in half.

The only annoying printer I've come over in years. It's due to the software: For every single sheet you are are trying to print, it's is tirelessly pushing it's offer to sell you a new toner cartridge. It seems that no one has found a way to remove this pop-up. Perhaps it would have been regarded as cool in the nineties. But not 2007.
