Works great for me
I bought this printer 1.5 years ago and it's been excellent. Absolutely no problems. I haven't even had to replace the toner yet - such a relief compared to ink jets!

We have owned this model for one year and one week. We have had to have the entire unit replaced three different times over the past year with the most recent replacement two weeks ago. Last week the motor went out and since we are one week over our warranty period Dell has told us it is our problem now even though the current unit we have is only two weeks old. The...

We have owned this model for one year and one week. We have had to have the entire unit replaced three different times over the past year with the most recent replacement two weeks ago. Last week the motor went out and since we are one week over our warranty period Dell has told us it is our problem now even though the current unit we have is only two weeks old. The performance of this unit is awful and the customer support is even worse. I would not recommend it to anyone.
