1.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely the WORST computer I have ever purchased!, November 16, 2009
This review is from: Dell XPS One All-in-One Intel Desktop PC (Electronics)
We purchased this DELL XPS ONE on 10/5/2009. It is gorgeous, but it is defective as heck. We have spent 13+ hours on the phone with non-English speaking "helpers" and it still is not working. They sent someone out with a hard drive, but it was not a hard drive problem. We had to pay our IT guy to reset up the computer and still not working. You cannot get support. Dell used to have incredible customer support, so our business bought them exclusively. If we can ever get rid of this, we are going to start transitioning our business to Apple/Macs. I would say RUN! If you just wnat something pretty, ok. But if you need it to work or function, this is not the unit for you!
