Ordered this computer for Christmas. It's a great all-in-one. Perfect size for our small office and, so far, seems to run well with no glitches. However, I checked the specs on this after I got it set up. It does NOT possess a 3.6 ghz processor speed. I was very disappointed and saddened by the apparent typo in the description by Amazon. I ordered it primarily due to its advertised speed of 3.6, but turns out the speed is 2.6 instead.

Bad news for my family and me! That is my biggest complaint and I will contact Amazon about this. Now they've even dropped the price on it since Christmas and it appears to be an even better buy for anyone seeking a small, all-in-one computer.

Screen is very clear; wireless keyboard & wireless mouse both feel a bit cheap, but still will be ok for our needs.Dell Studio One 19 Charcoal Desktop PC (Windows 7 Home Premium)

This is the second Dell p/c purchased in our family. This one was purchased last June. Love it. No problems or issues with either product. No noise from fan. There are so many features on this which are not mentioned. Just love using it.

Hey, It is a Dell. Always great. Package and delivered better than expected. Everything works and Windows 7 seems to be a excellant operating system.

This is at least my fourth or fifth Dell product and they have all been excellent. This worked right out of the box, was very easy to set up and looks and works as well as advertised - or better. The resolution on the screen is a big improvement and the all-in-one aspect gives you most of the advantages of a desktop with the advantages of small footprint of a laptop.

The keyboard could be a bit better but overall, this is a tremendous value.

I am not a computer geek, but my experience with this computer is one in which, I have found to be a plesant one. It has plenty of memory and a large hard drive. It has quite a number features some of which I had no idea came on this computer, of which you will find are both beneficial and fun. Unfortunately that are not listed, as this is one area that Amazom does poorly (discrbing the item that they are selling).

I am so in love with my new dell computer !!!! so easy to use ,i recommend this one to everyone that wants a cool computer . I can play Games ,DVD,and more .. in wireless connection ... & more ...

I purchased this from Amazon instead of Dell because it had everything I wanted and Dell couldn't make me a custom build system with these things.....

Well... Amazon was great, got the computer right away. Went to get everything setup with my programs (I'm a web designer running adobe), email and such. Seemed to work fine for about 4 days... all of a sudden I kept receiving a hard drive error.

I did the test a few more times and got the same error. The computer seemed to slow down a lot, but will still boot.

Called Dell and let them know what the test results were. They sent tech out within 2 days. He replace the hard drive and I spend hours getting everything back installed as only "Windows" was on the system. No touch screen software etc.

Within 2 hours got the same hard drive error again. They now replaced the hard drive and mother board... guess what next morning same problems. Now dell says they will send me a new computer, but they can't set it up like this one and it will take at least 3 week to get it.

So.... I called Amazon today, they are sending me a replacement and I should have it within 2 days.

My results to this.... Dell's customer service is terrible... Amazon's was much better.

By the way... This computer is really perfect. (minus hardware problems, but this one is just a lemon). Windows 7 is great, screen is clear, systems seemed to run very smooth before the error. System is also very quiet.

I've been fighting with Dell for 4 days now...if it wasn't a great system, I think I would have given up and just returned it.

This computer is the best computer that I have ever owned!!!! All of features are amazing and I would greatly recommend this to the entire world acutally!!!!!! I love this computer

i just purchased this item & have not received. is this computer wifi ready? it is an option on dells site and i neglected to clarify it before purchase.

I love this computer but I really would benefit if you could send me an owner's manual. There are so many features and the online help is just not getting it. Can you send me one please?
