The Dell GX620 was received as scheduled. Well packed and undamaged. Although there was virtually no istallation or descriptive documentation shipped with the computer, it is shipped with a comprehensive restore disc. The GX620 is up, running and is a great value and computer.

first very quick shipping from ez buy cafe ordered sunday night not processed on monday shipped tuesday got it Wednesday morning like not even two full days. very small a great break from my old HP it was a huge lug. anyway it fried early. my old one was 3.4 clock speed 4 gigs memory and a 500 gb hard drive that was loaded with pictures, music, videos and a million programs barely made 100 gb's. so unless you download alot no need. and i see no difference between the Dell and the HP but price and size. refurbished are great i bought my sister a lap top from u-bid she goes to school online so between 5 and 12 hours a day almost a year very strong. after seeing that i only go refurbished. but just make sure the refurbisher gets good reviews. runs great i'll be back in like six month's. hope this review helps. when i purchesed there was one but not very detailed

I purchased a refurbished GX620 with DVD burner and DVI from EZBuyCafe. The CPU arrived within a few days fully intact, no damage. I plugged it in, connected all the plugs on the back, and was up & running within seconds without any trouble. It came with a VGA-to-DVI adapter (although my monitor has a cord for both so I didn't have to use the adapter). Windows XP was installed & ready to go. It also came with some software installed - Firefox (an older version but was easily updated) - and came with a few installation files on the desktop - AVG Virus Pro, Adware Pro, and Burnaware. After I installed AVG, I discovered it was an older version (no longer supported), so I ended up uninstalling & going to the CNET website to download the latest version myself. I ran a complete scan of the computer & found no issues. I installed Adware Pro & re-ran AVG and found a trojan (FakeAV.DCO), so I would recommend NOT installing the Adware Pro version that comes with the CPU. I finally installed Burnaware & re-ran AVG, did not find any issues so I left it installed but I have not used the software (I use SoThink DVD movie maker to burn video). All in all, I'm thrilled with my new CPU. It runs circles around my old one, especially with download speed and DVD burn speed. Money well spent!

My old computer died unexpectedly, at a time when I was short on discretionary income. I found this Dell here at Amazon, refurbished and with a decent guarantee. It is far superior to what I had, faster, lots more memory, physically smaller, and just all around better. I do not know a lot of technical language for computers, but this one does everything I want it to, and does it very well.

Computers were never send out one week after when I was to receive them. The condition of the computers were very bad but I knew I was buying used computers so that was not a problem. But they never worked. I send 3 messages to the retailer that sold the computers to me and got only automated reply. I will not recommend this retailer to anyone.

It had everything said in the description/title. My recent computer suffered some viruses and HDD problems, this was my answer and so far everything has worked perfectly, and at a good price. Thinking about upgrading a few things later but for now I'm set for quite a while...

I have fully tested the system, it has come with extra dual monitor video card and cable on it. I tested the system, and it was as good as it advertised.

With a need to run some windows-specific programs, I decided that I wanted a cheap desktop computer for my house. And after paying almost $60 to get an old PC working again - and then having it crap out on me, I finally decided to just look online for a tower. I found this computer here for about $100 - not a bad deal. All I really wanted out of this computer was to run some Windows programs that I can't run on my Chromebook, and to do some basic browsing activities. This seemed like the right deal at the right price. I ordered the item, which actually came with a keyboard and laser mouse as well, and it arrived within the shipping window, although the seller provided me with no tracking information, even after I requested it. When I plugged the computer in, it ran very well, but I quickly found out that this PC is operating on a pirated version of Windows XP. That little detail was definitely NOT in the description. Despite this I decided to give the PC a try and got all my accessories hooked up. When I got to the speakers I found that I had no sound whatsoever. I contacted the seller again - they suggested I go to the dell.com website and check out my drivers to see if they needed to be updated. According to the website I had all the appropriate drivers, but still no sound. Finally I checked some other websites and found that in fact, I had no sound drivers installed at all - thus no sound. After downloading them from a program called DriverMax, it worked fine. Since then, I haven't really had many issues with the computer. It runs fine. It is fast for a computer as old as it is, but I'm sure that is in part due to the stripped down nature of the pirated software. No bloatware. All in all, I'm happy with it. If I had known the software was pirated, I may not have bought it, but now that I have it, I'm okay with it.
