I purchased this battery a little over 2 years ago, for a Dell Inspiron 1521, and I must conclude that the service has been somewhat disappointing. The laptop operates on the AC adapter most of the time and the battery has received limited use.Currently the battery only lasts approximately 10 minutes when operating. The operating time has steadily dropped from the beginning of use to this point. After one year of operation it only provided about 30 minutes of running time. I would expect better service from a battery in this price range.

My Advise, Go for the Apple,

I bought this because I was not ready to put my trust in an Apple. I was completly wrong. Build quality is lacking in the fact that parts countinualy keep falling off. It feels as if the plastic is getting weaker and it seems as if I leave it in the sun too long, it will melt. For the Windows Vista, my review gets a lot worse. Slow, internet connection takes around 10 minutes. I got it without Microsoft Word installed for some reason. The Camera lacks clarity, that also goes for the screen quality. I am ready to get a Mac and not look back.
