Not as advertised! Dissappointed that product that was promised was not loaded with drivers, no instructions, no operating sys,

The reason I purchased this peoduct was that it was advertised to include all the drivers, Vista Home Edition and simple three step instructions to easily install the kit. You don't have to be a genius in this modular computer world to unscrew on part and screw in a new one. However, the installation of new hardware requires a bit more expertise and talent if it's the primary hard drive you are replacing as all the O/S and boot data are generated from there. Well this was a disappointment and it will be returned unless the vendor can remedy the issues. The fact that it was pre-loaded and would require minimal time to install was the only reason that the product seemed attractive. Otherwise, a hard drive of this caliper that is just a raw drive is not vey are expensive to purchase. In fact, in this economy this economy, a much higher grade, faster unit is less expensive than this unit with what it did not include. This the first time I have ever had a disappointing experience with Amazon. The shipping was prompt however!
