This thing should have never left the factory!

Dell phone support was called 7x, they remotely took control of my computer 5x. Was told mother board was faulty after 17 hours on the phone with Dell.
Blew a circuit in my house, fried my printer, Randomly worked with peripherals.
Dell was zero help and further referred me back to Amazon, which clearly only sells Dell's product.
No resolution and could not speak to anyone from the USA about this.
