Bought this to replace the computer in our workshop. It is everything that it was advertized and more. Started right up, plugged in the usb antenna for wireless, it found the network right away. PERFECT. Downloaded all microsoft patches and they upgraded it to SP3. NO problems. Downloaded Skype, and windows messenger. Everything is running great. Love it! It is a wonderful computer for office or surffing the web. Thanks for an inexpensive but very capable computer.

The Dell GX280 was purchased to replace an 8 year old Dell 4400 that just died. The major selling point was the price ($204 shipped), it had Windows XP and a big HDD. I use it for general surfing, and lots of photowork. It has exceeded my expectations.

The vendor, EZbuycafe, delivered it well packed and safe in less than a week! The ease of purchase was amazing. It worked perfectly out of the box and is on line now. I have found that refurb or used Dell's are cost effective and quick replacements when something goes down. I am very happy with Amazon, EZbuycafe, and this Dell GX280. If you can find a GX280 at this price, grab it. Recommended

This dell runs as fast as the seller described quick internet access powerful 2.8 ghz HT processor 1 gig of ram most of all on my old computer i did not have enough space to put songs and videos but on this 500 gigabyte hard drive there's a lot you can do and i give this dell a five stars for me it's what i'm using to type this review.

This is the second Refurbished Dell Computer that I have purchased from Amazon.com and both have worked great. This computer is advertised as super fast, I did not find it to be that fast but still works great.

The item came as promised. Everything was pre-installed and has worked in a harmony. It has been with me for two months now. Recommended.

Computer arrive in good time and was packed really well. Simple to set up and in no time I was downloading an anti-virus and checking emails.The computer was fast and quiet. Unfortunately that didn't last 2 weeks, the computer stopped working.I'm pretty computer savvy and thought I would just download a new operating system. After contacting the seller EZbuycafe they offered to ship me a new computer instead. I am packing the computer up and sending it back. The seller answered all my question and even offered to send me a better computer. Free shipping, a good price and free shipping to send the broken computer back.If your going to buy a used computer I would recommend EZbuycafe.Very nice customer service that has not been outsourced to some other country. Good people to do business with.

Bought this as an additional computer for my daughter primarily to run her sims.
I ordered the computer on Thursday, it arrived on Saturday per FedEx, considering no shipping was charged I was pleasantly surprised.
After I hooked up the computer however on Sunday, the screen remained blank, I tried several different monitors, to no avail.
I called the company and left a message that I wanted either a working computer or a refund.
I got a call back within 10 minutes, on a Sunday no less, they guided me through some trouble shooting and it turned out a RAM module became dislodged during shipping.
After securing the module the machine started up like a charm, it's fast, no clutter, matter of fact, I like this better then the Windows 7 machine I bought a few months ago that was LOADED with useless ad-ware.
I most certainly recommend this company.

The PC is everything it is promised to be. It's fast, and ready to use. I was disappointed that there were only open source office applications, but that was easily corrected.

I am very happy that I can put off learning Windows 7 just a little longer. Who knows? Maybe it will be Windows 10 by the time I have to figure it out. I can use all the same applications and files that I have backed up from the old PC. And the price is great.

The CPU was really well packaged. It could have survived some seriously rough treatment with all that bubble wrap. I recommend it to anybody.

This item works well for me; I have always had a DELL computer and will continue to have them in the future.
