From the packaging, it was obvious that this laptop was broken when it shipped. It looked like it had been dropped on its corner, the case was broken, it was difficult to open the screen and there is a loose piece of something rattling around inside. It won't even complete the POST, it starts and then shuts off. I bought this as a gift, now I'm empty-handed. I would never buy from this group again.

Poor design; overall bad product - looks and feels cheap like any other Dell product - returned after 2 days.
