I am very unhappy with this product and really think I have been had....I took it out of the box and set it up and the first thing I did was get my antivirus set up on it.....I ran a scan and it detected 2 things before I had even used the computer...now I have had it for less than 24 hours and it is completely locked up and completely unuseable....and then I come in here to see about a number to call and I cant seem to find one of those either....very very very unhappy customer....

I am very happy with new PC. Great system at a great price with super nice customer service people!! I had to call the seller to fix a glitch.. was taken care of immediately..I would definately recommend this option to anyone looking to get a new computer!! Thank you!!!

i needed a family computer instead of my POS laptop and i found the BTG refurbisher's offer of a "super fast" PC with the whole setup for an awsome price. I recieved it within days of my order and am very pleased with the product. it came with faster processer than advertised and everything was like brand new. The computer works better than I thought and I think Windows XP is much easier to use than Vista or even Windows 7 (although I might switch to 7 in a few years). This computer was a real bargain and I would recommend purchasing these kinds from Amazon. Thanks!

The processer, monitor and keyboard work fine, but the speakers sound tinny. My big disappointment was that there were no manuals included. Since I am not real computer savvy, it was a bit of a challenge to get it set up and operating. Also, the motor in the processer seems noisy.

PC delivered on time as delivered. Works great. No problems except a keyboard with a few sticky keys. No complaints. Thank you :)!

I bought this computer system for my grown son. He wanted a new system
but with the budget restraints this year I decided to buy a refurbished unit. He was pleased with the unit. It worked as stated, we only did not give it 5 stars because the cords were not included to hook the monitor to the unit. Our good fortune, we already had a older dell and
those cords fit perfect. Would purchase another unit if need be it arrived it good shape and usable right out of the box.

Not wanting to give up Windows XP, I thought I'd try this refurbished machine. However, purchasing a used PC is not exactly for the novice. It arrived promptly but with a problem with the CD/DVD tray (wouldn't stay closed) and at 2.8 Ghz. processor (not the 3.0 advertised). I spoke with a very courteous and helpful rep at the seller. He mailed me a new CD/DVD drive and a new processor chip, a pre-paid envelope to return the replaced parts and gave me his direct extension if I needed any help installing them. Once installed, everything has been fine. As others have pointed out, no documentation came with the machine (but is easily available on-line, including how to swap out the processor) and the speakers are very poor quality (I used my existing speakers). But, based on the price and the excellent customer service that I received, I would purchase from this Amazon supplier again.

This computer was compact and has LOTS of memory. A few minor scratches but other than that seems brand new! My family LOVES it!!!!
