I have had a lot of problems with this computer, got so bad they had to send me a restart disc to take it back to factory, their teck service is not very good they tried to made be fell like I was to stupid to understand what they were trying to explain to me I finally hung up and took it to the geek squad they tried to fix it three times and couldn't fix it, so here I limp along with this thing. I will get another computer for my birthday but you can be sure that It won;t be a DELL.
