First a correction: While the amazon listing makes it look like this is some odd collection of songs by either the Dells or the Dramatics, there are actually several real collaborations on this CD.
The track listing of the original album reads:

"Love Is Missing From Our Lives" is my favorite track here. It's über-dramatic, it has impeccable vocals and once you've heard the song, you'll never forget it. It was also famously sampled by trip-hop act Nightmares on Wax on the Smokers' Delight album.

My one complaint is why the wonderfully quirky orginal cover art showing a cartoon of the two groups playing basketball has been replaced with this bland photo collage. Do a google image search for "dells dramatics" and you'll see what I mean.

Still, get the CD. It really is that good.

This is one great CD. Love it, love it. I have the original record with the original cover design. Both groups, The Dells and The Dramatics are such great groups. The song "I'm In Love With You" and "Love Is Missing From our Lifes" are both Gotta Have! Although it does not state it here on Amazon, some of these songs have both of these groups singing on them. I think this is the only CD with such a combination. If you like R&B, if you like the Soul groups of this era.. you will live this CD. And best of all.. It's a great price.

Only place you can find Door To Your Heart. For that alone it is worth three stars.

I Love these old school sounds so to me these were the groups of my youth. If you grew up in the day when groups had harmony and the songs had true meaning of love then you will enjoy this CD. It is obvious these groups were inspirational to the modern ones like Boys to Men and the Back Street Boys and possibly even In Sync but they were in a class all their own with the sounds that made you want to hold your girl tight when you danced with her. I was glad to find this CD so I can listen and rekindle my past through these songs.

One of the duo's only & Best Cd. Sweet , Music, Soft Light, & You & The hit If I had My Way/ If You Had Your Way Are Classics. A Juicy Note!!

i love the dell's vs Dramatic but i love to find the song with the words i hear voices,but i think that's the name of the song please help (olived-enhancer@sbcglobal.net)
