for more than 25 years at Springfield Technical Community College in Springfield,
Massachusetts, and served as Department Chairperson for several years. She has
served on the Certifying Board of the AAMA Task Force for test construction
and was a site surveyor for the AAMA for many years. She presently teaches refresher courses to medical assistants, licensed practical nurses, and registered nurses at Springfield Technical Community College.
Formerly Dean of Business and Allied Health, Lake Washington Technical College, Kirkland, WA
Co-Author of three additional texts for use with allied health professionals
Member of SeaTac American Association of Medical Assistants
