As a recent graduate working in a large hospital it's so nice to have a reference for less common exams. This book is great with pictures showing positioning and drawn pictures showing what you should see. I always have it with me.

This book may be a little confusing if you are memorizing Merrill's to take the big exam, but this book works a lot better for the "real world". Much easier to follow than other small guides, gives the tech view of positioning and has great sketches and tips. I've been carrying mine for 4 years now at work and I still love it.
