Had it for two months. It cools down the entire first floor of my townhouse, a large combined livingroom/diningroom (about 800 sq ft). Set it up in five minutes. It's bigger than I thought and more beige than the image implies, but works so well that I'll buy another for the second floor next summer. The electric bills have been minimal.

Purchased several of these to replace bulky and unsafe window air conditioners in my apartments. Nice looking and the exhaust/intake hose is much nicer that a unit sitting in a window. Good bye window units. Works also as fan or dehumidfier too! Like the remote control with digital thermostat to maintain temp or timer if want to shut off after awhile when unattended.

After using it for a week in a 800sf space, it's working beautifully. I'm not looking forward to getting my Con Ed bill, but sweating isn't an option for us!

I have a 10,000 BTU version
The window attachment was a bit flimsy, but works ok after some work. I set it on dehumidify, since it is only about 90 so far. It cooled my 300 sq ft bedroom down to 68!! Read more

Good product
I have a one bedroom apartment and this cools my apartment pretty well. Does not leak water or anything. Easy to assemble. I would recommend it.

POOR SERVICE
I PURCHASED A PORTABLE AC UNIT IN JULY AND NEEDED INSTALLATION PARTS. THE PARTS WERE ORDERED IN JULY AND WERE DELIVERED IN NOVEMBER. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A DELONGHI PRODUCT.

Does not work for long
Purchased PAC C120E on 6.6.2010 and used it 3 times that summer for 6 hours each time and the unit worked fine. Went to use unit on 6.30.2011 and it did not cool. Read more
