The Delphi SA10102 SkiFi Vehicle Adapter
kit works well for motorcycle installation
also. I installed this on a Suzuki
Bergman 400. The SkiFi fits in the
glove box well. It adapts to a Bluetooth
transmitter also well. This transmits to
a bluetooth wireless receiver in my helmit.
I now enjoy XM on the motorcycle on the way
to work.

It works. It doesn't do anything more than it was made to do. Can't say much else about it. Delphi makes good radios but the accessories are cheaply made and they don't last long. I should have bought two of these. I'll be needing another one eventually. UPDATE (Nov. 18, 2007): The antenna connection has come loose and the unit will need replacing. Well, at least I got a year out of it.

The kit came with everything needed including a mile long antenna wire and a variety of mounting adapters (which I threw out and made my own from a small piece of .060 aluminum). I use the cassette adapter which works well. On the PRO side is that the unit is portable so I use the same radio/subscription in my office, at home, and in my wife's car. The only CON is that you need a fair amount of patience and creativity to neatly manage all three wires so they are mostly hidden. If you take your time to install the adapter where you can easily see the display and operate the controls, you will be very satisfied.

After I got this installed, it works great and for the money, was a great deal. The installation instructions are pretty pathetic and I was only able to complete the installation succesfully, because I was able to look at another vehicle in which we have one installed. The only other thing that I don't like about these cradles is that the mounting options aren't very good. I ended up having to mount it on my vent, which restricts the heating and cooling air flow in my vehicle. But, I do have my satellite radio in every vehicle now, so it was definitely worth it.

This was purchased for a replacement for a Skyfi cradle that went bad. Great price. Smaller ant. Should have bought 2.

We have a first generation XM reciever, the old Delhi model. No one supports it anymore. This one does not list it as one that is supported but it is. It works like a charm. I am sad that I cannot get full digital quality in th e car, I have to use the tape adapter or another analog to digital converter but when it is all said and done it still sounds sharp and clear.

Plus the antennea is far more receptive than the home model. We got coverage with the antennea facing north and partially blocked by the roof rack plus under dense tree cover in northern Wisconsin. We never lost a second of music.

There is also the benefit that this is easily taken off the dash board for when the XM is not in the car, of course part of it stays attached but the bulk of it comes off for easy storage in the glove box.

The only thing I would change is perhaps building in a wire management option to help conceal the rest of the very long wires.

Easily installed and delivers XM sound to your FM radio withouth a wire hook-up. I am well pleased.

I've been using this for a few months, and am very happy with it. The kit is easy to use, easy to route, and gives me everything I'm looking for to allow me to use my SkyFi in my car. No complaints at all!

The bonus is that I can use the tape adapter, that came with it, to play my .mp3s from my iPaq!

I bought this so that I could move my XM Skyfi2 to my wife's car when we went on a long driving vacation. I used the vent clips to temporarily attach the unit to the dash, and just used the antenna sitting on the dash inside the car, rather than installing it externally. We had absolutely no reception problems with the antenna on the dash. It is nice to have a backup now so that I can move my unit between cars.
