I bought this suitcase about a year ago. I has been all around the world. Like one of the reviewers mentioned, the zipper pulls break quite easily, I think mines broke on my first trip. The positives: this suitcase is really light, it expands a lot so you can take a lot of stuff and check it in, and the handle bar is quite long, which is nice for tall people. The negative: on my last trip to Germany, the lower-front part came ripped. I don't know if I should blame delsey for the quality, or just the Delta crew at either JFK or TXL. I had a samsonite before this one and it lasted for about 5 years. I decided to buy a Travelpro that was on sale as my next bag, as I need a bag that can withstand the regular abuse from airports and airlines around the world.

The zipper pulls on my delsey luggage broke off after 2 trips. They are under warranty but Delsey wants me to pay shipping to have it sent to a luggage repair center. This is unacceptable.

The design of the pulls is very bad such that the metal peg that holds them in place breaks off and is not replaceable.

Do not buy this luggage.

We bought this bag for our daughter because it was available in pink and lightweight. After ONE trip through TSA and carrying it on board, one of the back black guards tore half way off. We first called eBags and were told they could do nothing. We then called Delsey and were extremely disappointed. They do not have a repair center in Houston (the 4th largest city in the nation)!!! We would have to incur shipping charges to send it to one of Delsey's approved repair centers. If we had used the bag for more than one flight - or checked it underneath the aircraft - I might think some expense should be on our end. However, I fully expect a brand new bag to last more than a flight; and if it does not, Delsey should stand behind it. The only thing the customer service rep had to tell me is that many of their customers are frustrated with the lack of repair centers. We will NOT be purchasing any other Delsey bags in the future.

I have used this carry on for years and other than a few scuff marks it is as good as new-lightweight,durable,well organized.

This bag is so lite. Easy to manuever. The luggage guru has superb service too. I got my bag on time.

We purchased two of these carry-on bags before our trip to Hawaii. We were amazed at how much they held. There are lots of pockets to store small items or to keep items separated. The bags held up well to airport handling. We were impressed and would highly recommend this product.

I used it to go to Europe last month and it fit very well in the overhead bin. While there I traveled a lot by train, too, and appreciated the good wheels and good handle that helped me transport everything I took on the trip. It took steps and bumps well, too. When I made the return flight, I used the expandable feature, stuffed the thing with things I brought back, and checked it in. It did quite well and looked good when I retrieved it in baggage claim. Reading about zipper problems, I just used the zipper carefully. This is a good looking, large capacity carry-on and the price on Amazon was so low. Very happy with this purchase. It was a smart buy.

This is a great value and a pleasure to wheel and carry. It's 1/3 lighter than the otherwise excellent but more expensive Travel-Pro. Well made, apparently (I've only used it for two trips so far). Only drawback--it doesn't have the neat suit rack that the Travel-Pro has, but I can fold the jacket pretty well without one.

Have purchased five pieces of this luggage - it is roomy, expandable, lightweight, brightly colored. After having luggage that had wheels ripped off in transit - I learned what to look for - no way these wheels are coming off. Once you drag a suitcase through an airport with one wheel - you learn. Highly recommend

I was a bit skeptical that a bag this well priced would be well made, but it is. It received high marks from Consumer Reports, and is a breeze to wheel through airports and hoist into overhead bins. It's not quite as large as some carryons I've snuck onto planes, but it has ample space for my suits and other supplies.
