We just installed this product in my 83 year old mother's house, as she has difficulty using the shower and sits on a stool in the tub. We added a (not included) diverter and showerhead at the top so that the family members who do not care for the hand-held shower could choose the typical configuration. Everyone is happy! Easy to install.

The angle adjustment that the handheld shower head sits in adjusts only slightly, which would work fine in a larger shower. In my case, however, the water shoots straight across the shower, hitting the door. I was stupid to overlook this and not buy a model that has a rotary adjustment and tightens down on the slider bar -- so it's really not Delta's fault.

Also -- and this is Delta's fault -- the description says it's a metal hose. Perhaps it is, but it's under a thick clear plastic coating, so it feels like a plastic hose, and it's stiff like one.
