Delta White Full Size Steel Chest for Trucks are made of 16-gauge steel and have reinforced lids for improved strength and security. The tough armor-brite white powder paint finish has superior rust resistance. The features include: a self-rising, reinforced lid has dual gas spring lid lifts for easier access. A recessed hinge allows the lid to fully open when the chest is placed against the bed wall or another object. A 16-gauge steel reinforced construction and heavily-reinforced lid for improved strength and security. A tapered lower front wall will fit better in trucks with all types of bed liners. A 3-compartment sliding tray provides convenient storage for hand tools and small parts. The bottom bolsters raise the chest above standing water. The full weather stripping creates a tight seal against moisture and dust.

Delta box is a quality product. The only problem I encoutered was the box arrived damaged. I contacted Amazon and they offered to overnight a new box to me. Since the damage didn't effect the operation of the box, and the overnight shipping was going to cost Amazon over $200.00, plus the return shipping UPS regular ground shipping would be $74.00, I offered to the Amazon rep that if the gave me a $100 credit for the damage, I would just accept the damaged box, thus saving Amazon $174.00. He refused, and shipped a new box overnight. That box arrived damaged also, and the same day a Amazon representative called me. I explained the original conversation I had with rep #1, and then notified her that the replacement box was also damaged during shipping. She sent me a return shipping label for the second box and provided a $100.00 credit for the damage.

Was a money losing situuation for Amazon. But they did leave me somewhat satisfied.
