I am always a little wary about buying large items online. I read many of the reviews on this product and decided to take a chance. This was one of the few that came well packaged(no damage) and it was pretty easy to put together,in about an hour. The wood is solid and looks really nice and the construction is done well. I've done quite a bit of renovation work, and this seems like it will hold up,especially the way the drawers are designed. Another review said this item will scratch easily and it is true. Other than being careful not to scratch it to hard, it's great.

The dresser arrived in an extremely beat-up condition, having been stored wrong-side up, and several of the pieces had shifted in transit. There were a couple of pieces that were pretty badly dinged-up and a couple of pieces that were cracked, had come apart at the seams or were factory-installed slightly out of true. Ultimately, it was pretty easy to fix those issues with a mallet, some glue and a decent drill. The finished piece looks very nice, since the dinged-up sections were not outward-facing.

Overall, the dresser is quite sturdy once assembled with said fixes, and looks nice. I'm glad that it's all-wood construction and not particle board, but we'll have to see how well it holds up in the long run.

Id advise to not buy from this company at all, since our daughters room was purchased exclusively though them, and 2 years later drawers are broken(Actually wood broke)and everything shows extreme signs of wear. To be completely honest were only in her room maybe 10 % of her life, so for this kind of wear and tear is just ridiculous. I guess that spending around 1500 dollars for furniture isn't adequate anymore.

Wondering why nothing is made like it used to be?

This is the perfect example, lets spend hundreds of hard earned dollars for something that will break as soon as the company is no longer liable for it.

I ADVISE NOT TO PURCHASE!

I bought this dresser to go with my newborn's Delta Serenity crib and changer set as it did not have a matching dresser. The crib and changer were both Delta in brick cherry and this Delta dresser does not match exactly but is very close. It took my wonderful husband about 2 hours to put together and he said it actually wasn't that bad. The top drawer sticks a little on one side but I'm not sure if that is a result of my husband's handy work or something else. We are going to take it out and check it to see if we can fix it. If not it's not that big of a deal. The top had a couple light scratches on it when we received it but other than that it was packaged very well and really is a beautiful looking dresser when you get it put together. I checked around and at the time Amazon had the best price on this dresser!

The dresser looks great once we got the right parts. Not a fault of Amazon at all but the manufacturer, Delta. Upon calling the first time they told us they no longer had parts for this item. We did not want to have to ship it back so we tried once again and were able to get the right parts. Looks great now and matches the crib (Delta Venetian) perfectly. This dresser is the same as the Delta Venetian but much cheaper for some reason.

I spent a weekend putting this together only to find the middle drawer was warped and could not get drawers in. once you screw everything together, you don't really want to tear it all apart to fix the main piece of the furniture. Not only that, but i was missing a dowel, a bolt came without a screw hole and one of the knobs was defective. Item returned and will go with another brand!

I was so excited to get this changing table, because it looked so beautiful online and it coordinated with the Delta Canton Cribs we purchased for our twin daughters. When it arrived, I was thrilled that the changing table matched well (though admittedly, the wood is *slightly* brighter than that of the cribs, despite them all being ordered in Espresso; it's only really noticeable if you're really looking, so it's not that much of an issue). My biggest issue was that although the changing table is extremely beautiful (seriously, it is so beautiful), it arrived with some pretty noticeable damage on one side. My husband wants to take photos and send them to the manufacturer in hopes of getting replacement parts, since sending it back would be a gigantic pain, but we'll see how that goes. The damage is very obvious and not just some scratches, but broken/crunched wood on one side, which is so terribly disappointing. In addition, putting it together was a HUGE pain. A friend of ours was kind enough to put it together since I'm on bedrest and my husband was busy with work, and it took him 3+ hours (it took him longer than when he put together BOTH cribs). The instructions seemed confusing and a little frustrating, but he did manage to get it all together, and aside from the damage, it really is quite lovely. All of that said, it does seem like a nice, durable piece of furniture, particularly the top where you would rest the baby to change them; I'm really not concerned about it collapsing or it not holding the weight, so it does seem better than a lot of the cheaper models we looked at. Also the amount of storage space is nice, and I'm thrilled to have drawers and a cabinet. I had a changing table with uncovered shelves when I had my older daughter, and once she was mobile she got into everything and it was a huge pain. So, I'm looking forward to having things out of sight and a little harder to access, especially once we put a child-proof latch on the cabinet door. So, all-in-all, it really is a beautiful piece of furniture, but the damage and huge pain getting it together was frustrating and disappointing. However, all that said, I do think it's still a good value for its price.

This dresser is a great buy for the price. We are very pleased by its beautiful, rich cherry finish. We had some reservations about its durability after readings its reviews, but decided to give it a shot because it matches the crib we bought. No regrets. Be aware that the back of the dresser and the bottom of the drawers are comprised of particle board. Our dresser arrived with two broken drawers, but Delta rapidly shipped us replacement parts. Delta's customer service was very helpful.

We wanted to "fancy up" this dresser a bit, so I replaced the wooden knobs with some turquoise ones. Very easy to do! All in all, we're pleased with this purchase.

Dresser is a great value. Quality is extremely good. Very sturdy. Easy to put together. Only problem I have had, is the unit is putting off a strong chemical smell. May be from the factory staining, not sure.

This dresser goes great with our crib and changing table for a very reasonable price. Using the directions it wasn't that difficult to put together except the cabinet door had to be redone. It is a beautiful color and hold a good amount of clothes. My only complaint would be the rails for the drawers are rickity and could use a more sturdy construction.
