I don't mind assembling things, but this was so poorly made it was a nightmare! The holes were not pre-drilled in many places, the paint chipped off, there were a lot of imperfections that had been poorly patched, the wood was split on the main right side of the unit. There were cheap plastic pieces to screw into the wood for anchors to other pieces and I could barely force them to fit so I could start turning them into the holes (note - have pliers handy, impossible to do otherwise). Overall, it is the size I wanted (extended changing area with drawers/cupboard area) so I am satisfied that I found what I wanted on Amazon, but the manufacturer has some quality problems to correct. Directions noted 1 hour to assemble, I'd say more like 5 hours with 2 people working on it.

This article was very hard to put together. I didnt mind that I had to put the whole thing together. First off, not all the holes were predrilled like the pictures showed. Some of the drawer pieces were assembled wrong. Then, the srews that came with it were very poor quality. I had 2 of them brake off using a screwdriver. I really didnt apply much force. The back of it is very cheaply made. After spending so much money you would think an actual wood piece would make up the back. No such luck. The wood came a little more yellow stained then the picture shows. After I put it together I didnt feel like sending it back because the whole thing just took to much work to put together. Next time I will buy something put together. That way the whole quality is great not just the front. Plus, I want someone I can fuss at right away when there product arrives at my house wrong.
