We ordered this crib because we liked the style and color and we still do. The real headache began when my husband put the crib together. There were definitely several things that are not right with it. First, the manual was missing so we had to go the the Delta website and print a 20+ page manual so that we could put the whole thing together. The next being that the back and front of the crib either were missing fitting for the bolts or the fittings were misaligned so the bolts were unable to go into the slots. The changer railing is cracked as well. To to finish off this disaster the "hamper" can't even be put together because the holes are not aligned properly. So naturally, I went to the company for help, because as their warranty states, their product is warranted to be free from defects for a period of 1 year from date of purchase under normal use. However, the response I get back is that they can only replace ONE large part under the warranty (though I don't know where in the warranty this is written because I have the document in front of me and can find no reference to that) and they told me to return it to the purchase place. This crib hasn't even been used yet and it really upsets me that despite paying this much for it, they expect me to pay more to return a product that has been defective since it left the factory!
Update: After a few more emails to the company, they did replace the parts. Even though, one still arrived scratched, it wasn't a big deal. I still hold that they make it difficult to get the replacement parts should you need them

My wife and I settled on this crib after reviewing several options, and we are overall happy with our purchase. There were two options available for purchase at the time we looked: Target, which had many reviews, or "Delta" which had quite a discount relative to Target (at least with free Prime shipping) but had no reviews. First we were not sure they were both the same (particularly, it was not clear from the picture if the trundle casters), but from what we could tell they were. We took the chance with Delta, and we were happy to find out that it was the same product.

Here are the few issues we found with this crib:

1) The assembly of the changing table took a while because the cardboard backings would just not go into their respective positions. I only got things to come together after applying what felt like unreasonable force, which ended up delaminating the end of these cardboard sheets. Fortunately the exposed cardboard was not visible from a standing view, otherwise it would have been a small eyesore as the crib is dark in color.

2) The right end of the headboard (the curved top piece) was not finished (smoothed/rounded) wood like the rest of the visible surfaces. It is painted though (thankfully!)

3) We were initially disappointed with the smallish appearance of the trundle. I measured the internal dimensions to be 15" x 45" x 4". However, that being said, it has been very useful for storing extra diapers / wipes. The clearance between the bottom of the trundle to the horizontal bar that is at the bottom of the crib is 6.25" which is wider than diaper width so is good for storing the three unused diaper bundles we get from our four-pack orders off of Amazon with room to spare.

Got this as a baby shower gift. It took 3 of us a few hours to put together and when it was built up it looked really big in our small room. So be forewarned that this does take up a good amount real estate. I love the changing table and how the baby is oriented towards you - that makes diaper changing so much easier than the kind where the baby is lying horizontal to you. The trundle is great for storing extra blankets. The storage shelves are fantastic for baby supplies that you don't need immediately at hand. Hamper is great additional storage. The color is gorgeous - very high end finish. Only thing is that baby liked to use the rails as her teething ring and the color did come off. This is a very functional piece of furniture due to storage and the future use you can get out of it (toddler bed, daybed, twin bed headboard).

We bought this crib about a year ago and it has served us well. While we don't use the shelves on the back (not super convenient), I do use the front shelf for diapers & wipes and the hamper is good for storing blankets. We use the rolling drawer underneath to store extra sheets. I also love the color. It is definitely more Cherry than Espresso, which I appreciate. My daughter does like to bite on the top rail, but no discolorations from that (yet).

I felt it necessary to write a review because you must know, if you're thinking of buying this beautiful crib, that finding rails for it is a nightmare! Despite spending quite some time looking about online, I am no closer to finding rails to convert this into a full-sized bed. My search continues. It seems quite odd that the manufacturer not only doesn't prompt you to buy rails when buying the crib, but doesn't even seem to make rails! From my search online, I see that many other folks are having this same struggle. Hence my rating of 4 stars instead of 5.

Update: I found their website & customer care number. The guy informed me that any standard full-size bed frame or rails would work with this crib. I do not believe it should require a phone call to get this information. It could be added to the item's full description or included in the manual.
