Quiet, Energy Star-Certified Fan for Cost-Effective Ventilation
Ideal for bathroom spaces, the ceiling-mount Delta Electronics Breez Exhaust Fan delivers an airflow rate of 80 CFM for improved indoor air quality--which offers the potential of improved comfort and health for your family living in the home. In addition, it operates at a noise level of less than 0.3 sones, running nearly silent.

The Breez's smart design is Energy Star-certified, so you are assured it's a good choice for keeping your utility bills manageable and running a green household. Its 7.1-watt power-consumption rating translates to an impressive efficiency rating of approximately 11.75 CFM per watt at 0.1-inch of static pressure.

DC Motor Technology Ensures Consistent Performance
One innovation that allows the Breez to be so efficient is a switching power supply that converts your home's standard AC 110~220-volt power source to DC power, which allows the fan to utilize an efficient DC motor.

This DC brushless motor is engineered to run continuously, and offers a life expectancy of 70,000 hours--about eight years of nonstop ventilation. The Breez's DC motor includes a built-in soft-start function to increase the lifespan of its bearings, and it's designed to automatically power off the fan if the impeller ever locks abnormally. In addition, the motor and blower assembly is equipped with a thermal cutoff fuse for added safety.

Durable, Easy-to-Install Body with a Clean Look
The Breez's body features galvanized steel construction for durability. It also has a detachable 4-inch duct adapter and a built-in back-draft damper.

Also, the face of the fan unit is a sleek, unobtrusive grille that blends in seamlessly with any decor--whether installing the exhaust fan to update an existing bath, or placing it in a newly constructed home. The grille is constructed with sturdy ABS material. It attaches securely and directly to the housing with torsion springs, and the entire unit is built for easy installation.

UL and HVI Certified for Safety and Reliability
Built for use with ducts that measure at least 4 inches in diameter, the Breez has been evaluated by the Underwriter Laboratories and conforms to both UL and cUL safety standards. It is also UL and cUL listed for use in a tub or shower enclosure when used with GFCI branch-circuit wiring. And it's HVI (Home Ventilation Institute) certified.

The Delta Electronics VFB25AC Breez 80 CFM Exhaust Fan is backed by a limited three-year warranty.

I bought this to replace one of my cheap, noisy 688 fans that was wearing out. It's well built and is very quiet as claimed. Even though my duct work has an elbow at the housing. Which they say is a no no. It is not an easy install for replacement. They claim it will work on joists of 24" centers but the brackets are to short unless the housing is at-least 4" away from one joist. If your not a good handy man I don't recommend this fan for replacement. Also the name plate rating is 9 watts and not 7 as stated in the specs. Still a very energy efficient unit.

This Delta Breeze bathroom Fan is the quietest bathroom fan that I've experienced in a long time. Really, so quiet that you can forget to turn it off, not even a hum. Went from a 4.0 sones fan to a .3 sone fan and it's beautiful. Installation was quite easy and the housing unit and cover are actually very nice looking. I highly recommend, worth every penny.

I had a Nutone fan, which was supposed to be a quiet one, but never lived to expectation - we could hear it 3 rooms away and a floor down.
So just after a 3 years I've had enough and decided to replace it.

Bought this Delta fan and never regretted it.
Installation was a breeze, it works as advertised and is quiet as promised.

This fan is so quiet! You might think it is not doing its job, but it is! My bathroom is about 8 x 10. Shower steam is very faint on the mirrors after a hot shower when the air conditioner is not in use, but quickly disperses. When using the fan with air conditioning you hardly see any steam at all. Would definitely recommend this product!

I really love this fan. Compared to my previous fan of 3 scones, this one really does a good job. It moves air very well and seems very stable/sturdy. Definitely recommend. A++

Very quiet and powerful fan. My existing fan was a lot smaller, so we had to use adaptor for the vent pipe. Overall, it works great.

Packaged well. Pretty easy setup. Took about 2 hours to fully install in bathroom. 40 minutes up in an attic to cut out 10x10 hole and then mounting. Mounting nails little weak. Bent two of them. But ended up getting them in. 4' Ran wires down the wall and hot jumped wire from light switch. Works perfect. I can hear the fan but it is quiet.

This exhaust fan has been excellent. Installed last summer. It's a quality fan and I expect it to last a long time. After I took the old fan out, I needed to cut the hole larger. I also needed to frame it into the ceiling, but that's to be expected. It's so quiet you can't tell it's on and it's flow rate is more than enough for the bathroom. When the time comes to put a fan in the second bathroom, this is the one I'm going to get.
