A little smaller than expected, but it's fine for our young daughter. If you need a large box for tons of toys, this is not for you! We got this for her bedroom. A good bedroom accessory due to it's size and decor. The murals are very pretty and I thought it nicer in person than in the picture. I am very happy with it. My husband felt it was small, but I think it's a reasonable size for a little girls' bedroom and will be pretty at the foot of her bed.
The lid shuts slowly and will stay open at whatever angle you leave it in, so no pinched little fingers! It seems somewhat sturdy, my 3 yr old son climbs in it, stands on it, etc. without any safety concerns- no shakiness or wobbling. It's MDF, not Little Tikes plastic, but is well made for what it is. I think the cost is a little high, but I am happy with the purchase. 100% Recommended. Would give as a gift.

Does it's job - holds toys. No scratches, broken pieces, or other damage - from several girls and a move across town. The front 'hole' keeps the baby from smashing her fingers (although she can smash them on the other edges in the lid, but that didn't take long to learn not to do!). I would buy another if I had room to put it!

This toy box is easy to put together and not too heavy to move. Just the right size for a small child. I appreciate the safety hinge on the lid! My only complaint would be that the 2 front corners of the lid are only beveled on the underside and not the top thus making it sharp should a young child hit them. Overall the product is surprisingly nice. I recommend some supervision when the lid is opened and closed.

I bought this box as a dress-up, creative play clothes container and it is the perfect size for that. It is sturdy enough to take kids climbing on top, and the lid has a mechanism that prevents it closing on little fingers. My daughter loves it.

My twin daughters can break pretty much anything but this toy box has stood up to them so far. They have had it going on a year now and continue to see how much stuff they can fit inside it daily.

Set up was easy and my daughter loves the prints. Goes well with other Disney Fairies toys and bedroom decor. The only problem is it is small. You won't realize how small it is until you get. We replaced her old one and now we are putting stuffing the overflow in bins. Still worth it if your daughter loves the Disney Fairies.

the toybox was alot smaller than i thought it was going to be. it holds my daughters random nick nack toys. its very sturdy,heavy wood. the lid stays open with a very tight spring from the inside of the lid. my daughter usually leaves the lid half open and it stays that way all the time. doesnt fall down. the dip in the front panel is very handy in case the spring wears out and it falls down her fingers shouldnt get smaashed. all in all a good buy, wish it was larger, a normal size toybox.

this is a be, beautiful dress-up box everything I expected, i'm sure my granddaughter is going to love it thanks for the quick ship and the easy inbstructions

It's a toy box, it holds my kids' toys, and it matches all of the other Disney Fairies decor I purchased so for that I am pleased. Easy assembly, pretty sturdy for being particle board.. I put some rubber bumpers on the lid so it doesn't slam against the front of the box when it is opened and closed. I still can't see how this inanimate object can HURT YOUR KIDS... but my kids aren't "special" so for now it will continue to hold their toys..

Beautiful colors, easy assembly, durable. I already relocated since I bought it and it held up great during and after the move. My four year old loves it! It's not the huge toy boxes my sisters and I had when we were kids but it serves its purpose.
