Kids can now literally immerse themselves in the stories of their favorite fictional characters, as the Dora Toddler Bed lets them sleep and dream in the Dora the Explorer universe. Featuring a plastic and metal frame, the bed is built low to the ground for easy child access and comes with side rails for safe and secure sleeping. A decal of the character appears on the headboard and footboard. The bed also uses a standard crib mattress.

DANGEROUS... DELTA SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS PRODUCT,

I have owned the bed and it is very DANGEROUS for a child. I am stunned that this product is still on the market. while it is very cute, and fairly priced you hardly get what you pay for. My daughter loved the look of this--- her first "big girl" bed. that was until it fell to pieces with her in IT! The metal rails that are to hold the bed together, and the matress in place, are not properly planned out. If you can even manage to get this bed built--- which is difficult, much more so than it seems at first---- the metal support bars fall out when the child gets into the bed. it is flimsy, poorly designed, dissapointing, and DANGEROUS. delta should be ashamed!

the first time we ordered this bed half the parts was missing. i called the wonderful customer service people and they sent a replacement bed. after a long wait it finally came. it was a little hard to put together but with good "know how" this bed can be put together within 30-45 min. it is very sturdy, i had my husband test it out, he jiggled and jubbled it and it stayed together perfectly. my daughter loves it.

This bed looks adorable, huh? Well, we ordered it for our 2 yr old who is transitioning to a toddler bed and we thought this would be the idea one for her. The package arrived with missing parts, some of the holes on the support rails weren't where they were suppose to be and most pathetic of all customer service # is NOT toll free. Even though we bought it online we will be returing it to a Target store for a full refund (shipping was free at the time we ordered) and spend the extra $100 bucks on a nice wooden sleigh bed from a real toddler bed store. My advice to you is if you want your child to enjoy sleeping in a Dora bed because it may help at bedtime just get the Dora bedding.Good Luck
