This set comes with two cassete tapes, but the sounds on all sides are pretty much the same. Put on continous play while sleeping, I have found that these tapes cause me to have very deep, involved dreams. I also wake up feeling more "refreshed" as if my sleep had been more restful. I would like to say that these are not tapes of any particular sound, but a very slow background noise with tidbits of other noises randomly dispersed deep within the mix. If you are looking for a melody, forget it. These tapes have one purpose: to put you into a deeper sleep. They are effective for that purpose. I also find that these are good for just general relaxation, meditation.

These two tapes (total of four different sides) not only help promote deep sleep, but help disguise outside distracting noises. The soft relaxing music and natural sounds, such as tropical birds and rain storms, penetrate your mind helping you to fall asleep fast and deeply. Recommended to anyone who needs a little extra help falling asleep, or anyone who wants to get a more rejovenating and restful sleep.
