This product is amazing. I have been dealing with trouble sleeping for about a year now and this binaural sleep aid puts me to sleep in about 5-10 minutes and I sleep all night without having to take any oral sleep aids. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with sleep issues. The price is astonishing as well. .99 cents for a full hour of music when ITunes is charging $9.99. I would also recommend visiting the artist's (J.S. Epperson's) website ([...]) to read about this artist and his collarborative work with many prominent healers as well as the Monroe Institute. This is definitely high quaility work.

I've lost count of how many binaural, isochronic meditation mp3's I have, but I've tried many if not most of them. This one stands out with Very high quality of composition, is beautifully relaxing, and one of my all-time favorites. The price is astonishingly reasonable and if I lost my copy, I'd gladly pay $50 to get it back.

This is some very powerful stuff.

It has reliably put me to sleep in less then 5 minutes. I rotate a bunch of binaural and mediation type music for sleeping aids. This is probably one of the most effective. So, 5 star review.

Yes my dreams are more vivid. Only that's not necessarily a good thing since I have a fair amount of unpleasant dreams. So who wants more intensity and recall of that sort of thing.

Just keep it in mind before you use this for sleep, if you have any type of problems with dreams or nightmares this might not be a very good choice for you. I can definitely recommend it for occasional use, really knocks me out fast!

I bought this to go with the "Sleep Phones" and they both work very well.

I suffer from sleep disorders so I collect as many of these "Sleep" programs as I can.

Love this audio program! I remembered dreams for the first time in years- pleasant and relaxing dreams. This is great to drift off to sleep to or just to relax- I recommend using only with headphones to get the full effect.
