Deltech Power Rack with Lat

The delivery for this item was very quick! The rack came in two large, and heavy, boxes, while the lat attachment came in another heavy and separate box. The problem with this item is how the boxes arrived. To my surprise, the boxes were left outside of my garage door in the rain! They must have sat there all day, as I was having a lazy day off of work. When I opened the garage door the boxes fell into my garage! All three boxes had some damage, while the two power rack boxes had major damage! The one box was completely destroyed! The good news is that only one piece was slightly dented with a small paint chip! I had no missing pieces despite the destroyed boxes!

The building and installation was easy and quick! The power rack instructions were clear, while the lat attachments instructions were much less clear. The bolts, nuts, and washers came in one mixed bag, which is simple enough. I instantly sorted all the pieces into matching sets to aid in the building of the item; however, the pieces didn't match up with the itemized list in the instructions! Even if they did match the itemized list, the instructions had them all labeled with letters, but the itemized list didn't have them labeled at all. Overall, it was still somewhat easy to build, it simply took some improvising with the bolts to get it all to work nicely. I built the entire structure on my own in less then two hours! It only took two different sized wrenches and ratchets! I did have one broken piece. It was a small piece of plastic used to help glide the spotter bars.

I have not used the rack with weights yet, since the weights should be delivered soon, but I have used the pullup/chinup bar. I am 6' 4" and 215 pounds, and while performing the repetitions the rack didn't bend, sway, or even move! I was really surprised with how stable a structure this truly is!

The rack is very stable and solid! I honestly couldn't be more pleased with this purchase, especially since the cost for the entire rack was $650.00 with free shipping!
