We had a little trouble getting it all set up. And the documentation wasn't so good. We were trying to run it under Vista and the instructions for compatibility mode didn't seem to be working. And getting connections seemed hard at first... the key is open sky, not in the house, up on the dashboard, not under the roof of the car. But once you get a fix, it's works pretty well. Streets and Trips works great on roads that aren't newly constructed.
