This review is from: Deluxe Acrylic Cookbook Holder with Wood Base (Kitchen)
Some things you consider buying for the kitchen are a waste of money. This is definitely not one of them! If you love to cook and use cookbooks frequently this is a terrific purchase. This solved a major dilemma we had with cooking and lack of counter space. Instead of having to fight around a cookbook laying flat on the counter, this raised it up, protected it and gave us back some of our precious counter space when cooking. The base is very stable and seems to adjust well to fit pretty much any size book you could throw at it, even those big 3 ring binder better crocker jobs.
I initially chose this product on a recommendation from America's Test Kitchen. Not a single one of their equipment recommendations has let me down yet.

This review is from: Deluxe Acrylic Cookbook Holder with Wood Base (Kitchen)
I've had cookbook holders before that fell over or weren't large enough to hold some of my larger cookbooks. This holder solves those problems. The convenience is wonderful. I had been having to stop mixing things and running across the kitchen to check ingredients from the my cookbook on another countertop. Now, the book takes up less space with the cookbook holder and I can keep it next to me (and clean, too) while cooking. I'm really glad I bought it!

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Deluxe Acrylic Cookbook Holder with Wood Base (Kitchen)
This product comes in a box that does not include any packaging material, no instructions, just two acrylic pieces that are supposed to be a cookbook holder. I know I may not be the brightest bulb but I am college educated so you'd think this would be easy to figure out. You would think that the manufacturer would want the public to be able to assemble their product with ease. In this case it is very cryptic & a conundrum that remains to be solved. Amazon did connect me with Secret Pantry but all they did was send me a useless photo as the item is acrylic & does not photograph properly. Ah, the joys of internet shopping!
