When I purchased this planner, I was excited to think this was going to spell it all out for me in an easy month-by-month format. This book failed on every level. Not only is the text generic and somewhat old-fashioned, but the list of things to do each month is so generic that it isn't helpful. I exchanged it for "The Bride's Essential Wedding Planner," which is a much better book-- at HALF the price!!

My husband bought this for me when we got engaged. It's wonderful. Not only year ahead planner but each month has a section of etiquette of how to handle situations and appropriate times to do which part of the provided checklist. The other person who reviewed this product was talking about some other book. This is the ULTIMATE planner. I had 3-4 planners and this one was most helpful. I definitely recommend it for brides that know what they want but need guidance on when do to what. This is not the planner for you if you plan to do a cheap wedding. :) I had two. One for less than a thousand and another just under ten thousand. This planner was a great help.
