This is a great product, but Barnes and Noble sells the same thing for $14.99 in stores.

My daugher is about to turn 2 years old and she loves to "help" in the kitchen. So, we thought that getting her this set would be fun. She loves to wear the apron and feel like she's a real "chef" in the kitchen. And, as a bonus, she typically likes to eat the food she makes with me.

I think Amazon said this was for 3 and up, but after seeing a toddler wearing this set one of the pictures and figuring my 2-year-old nieces could grow into them, I purchased this. I was a little dismayed when the box arrived and it said "Five and up" and the aprons looked enormous. Nonetheless I was too excited about seeing the little chefs next to the pink kitchen set I knew they were getting for Christmas, so I embroidered their names on the aprons and handed them over. Of course the aprons were way too big, but you can fold them up and tie them on about any kid. The neck and waist closures allow for a lot of sizing flexibility and the hat fits a smaller child--they all have big noggins. While it claims there are small parts not appropriate for kids under 3, I certainly couldn't identify anything that might be harmful; it's all fabric and 2 wooden utensils. The girls looked SO cute running around the house with their names on their aprons and their floppy hats. I couldn't be happier that I stuck with the gift. The products look quality, same as an adult's kitchen stuff might, so hopefully they'll dress up as chefs and use the accessories for years to come, both when they play and when they start helping mom and dad with dinner.

We sent this to our niece for Christmas. We had the apron monogramed and it turned out so cute! I tried the apron on, and it was waiste length on me, so she should be able to keep this for as long as she wants! I did think the elastic on the hat was a little tight, it would be better if it was a velcro closure instead, but we're hopeful it will fit her for now-she's 3. She was thrilled to receive this--a big hit!!

My daughter loves this outfit. She can't tie it in back by herself and she would like two gloves, but other than that it's great! It is very durable fabric.

I ordered this for my niece and she absolutely LOVES it! It's even cuter in real life than it is in the picture!

She wears it when she helps her mom and even wore it to the store to shop for a recipe. She says the hat is itchy though. The quality was fine. Time will attest to its durability.

I ordered this set for my 4 year old neice who loves to bake and cook. This is a great set - the apron and hat are well made. The utensils are wooden and actually usable. I was pleased with the set, but despite the quality, I still think it was a little overpriced. I would buy again as long as I comparison shopped a little more first.

This is an adorable chef outfit. Great for imaginative play or for kids to wear when helping out in the kitchen. It fits most children.

Got them in pink and my 2 1/2 year old girl loves it and she won't take it of. The spatula and the rolling pin are perfect size for her. Although, the apron is kind of big for her, but the product indicated for 5 yrs old and up so she will grow into it. The materials are thick and durable enough that can be wash multiple times. Shipping is so fast literally over night. Will highly recommend.
