When this arrived I thought that it was awfully light weight. During the first rain storm, the top welled up with water and the gazebo basically crumbled. The grommets on the top are not adequate for removing the water from the top. When I contacted the manufacturer, Bliss Hammocks, I was told that they have no replacement parts. To pay almost $200 for something with a design flaw and no replacement parts available is a waste of money. I've already wasted mine, don't waste your's.

DO NOT BUY THIS if you are in a location where it EVER rains. It was perfect until the first rain storm and then every subsequent storm has made it a bit more useless. The steel rods have bent from the weight of the water that collects in the roof on either side of the useless drainage grommet. We have now had to place additional rods to support each rod, have anchored the tent to our house via ropes and the screens no longer fully close because of the distortion of all the bent frames.
This is a total waste of money and will need to be thrown out well before the end of the season. All the assertions of the company are false.

All they hype about steel frame. It flexes and then cracks. Any good wind and rain will render this junk useless. What is even laughable is that the rope supplied actually snapped in a summer storm. The rope appeared to deteriorate almost immediately You need to replace all the rope with good old nylon cord. Everything about this is inferior for the money one pays. It is the beginning of August, I've had it about 2 1/2 months and it is going into the trash.

easy set up about 1 hour. This gazebo is very sturdy if u tie down ALLof its tie downs. all the steel poles have steel locking clips so pole dont just slide appart. excellent buy for not much money!!!!

This is the 10' X 12" unit........QC is very POOR....
I had the 12" X 12' a better product but it snowed early and collapsed the roof. All I wanted was parts to fix the unit. I waited for months, none came. The item was not being made & so I was offered another unit (10X10) as a replacement. I paid for the shipping and it arrived early winter so it did not get installed. Now I'm installing it and so far it is missing one side "A" panel and has an extra "B" panel, who knows what is next? Buy the screen & make your own at least you who know who to complain to if incorrect.

Thought this would be a great idea for the backyard. Once it arrived noticed how lightweight it was. Something so expensive shouldn't be made cheaply. One storm it fell over although it was bolted down. The thin poles bent and tore through the canapy creating a now useless gazebo. In the garbage it went. Bliss offered credit towards hammocks which I don't need or the same item which never again would I even consider. Wasted $200.00 in a matter of 3 days. Obviously, I would not recommend this gazebo.
