Bought this for my son who is a halo fanatic. He was so excited & then so disappointed. It started falling apart the day after I gave it to him. BIG waste of money!

bought this for my son for xmass. the first one was either broken in the box or broke when removing from box. when i say broke i mean fell apart. the face shield is not as pictured. the middle of the face shield is tinted the rest is solid.this (helmet) is for display purposes only!!! amazon was great as always and offered a full refund but my son really wanted it so they sent me a new one. if i had to one good thing about this display, it looks pretty cool on the shelf.

I wish the people who make Halo toys took the same pride in their work that the game designers did.
For it's price, the quality of this helmet is disappointing and leaves me feeling like I my son was ripped off (he used a gift certificate for this). I read the reviews and warned him it could break, so he was warned. But he loves it anyway.
It broke within minutes after being taken out of the box. Perhaps the problem is with poor package design and damage that occurs during shipping. The left side light fell off then snapped when it hit the floor. I might be able to super glue it back together.

its alright not worth what i payed for it but usefull becouse im making my own armor and need a helmet becouse lets face it that is the hardest part to make i would not recommend this inless your buying it on ebay for 10$ or less but if your in a hurry it can be a nice add on to a cheapy costume (note Buy some superglue it cracks easy)

Listen to the negative reviews. This is a cheap flimsy plastic shell of a toy. The lights don't work. The parts are not secure. It sliced my ten-year-old's nose as he took it off. We have crazy glued parts twice and are now using duck tape to keep the thing together. If I paid $20, perhaps this item would get 3 stars but for the price charged, it should be a far better product than you get.

i have a suit of halo armor and after having the helmet signed need a new one! upon getting this helmet i found it had a better fit then the original and is pretty sturdy its a full helmet with working lights over all i would probably say it is in better condition then my first helmet

So we got this helmet in.. we were happy with it but as soon as it got cold, my son brings it to me in tears and says "Mom.. my master chief helmet is broken".. I looked at it.. and you could CLEARLY SEE that it had been glued together with a hot glue gun.. the glue cracked in the cold temperature. Don't trust this! 100 bucks is waaay too much to pay for a piece of crap!

This helmet is awesome! It is not the most durable thing in the world, but is fine for cos-play. Also, the helmet is very detailed with battle scratches that make it look like it came right out of Halo. In summary, this helmet is great for comic-con and the shelf.

Cheap plastic. One of the lights had come off during shipping and now barely hangs on. Inside the light's case, the battery clip to hold the battery broke. Had to use tape to fix that and then more tape to hold the light assembly onto the helmet.

A cheap product. Unfortunately, the only one of its kinds I could find. Got lots of attention though for my son on Halloween.

Santa brought this mask for our Son for Christmas, and it has been a favorite toy since. Great detailing, full head enclosure, and very high quality. He wants to add components to creat a Master Chief costume for Halloween. Not sure how practical that will be as there appears to be a lot of low quality mis-represented junk on the market aimed at Master Chief fans. Beware of what you buy, but you won't be disappointed with this one!
