When, I put it together I noticed that it made a very loud sound when you touched one of the tiers. I thought I put it together wrong and let it go. A couple weeks later we went to use it and found out two things. One, there is no way to stop the tiers from banging and it sounds like symbols crashing together, it is so loud. Two, that the chocolate will only run down one side of the fountain unless forced. Spend the extra money to get a better brand. I wish I had.
