If your one of those people who find themselves drawn to a dark smoke filled New York City Gothic clubs, then this album will bring you right back there. I myself love this experience and this album portrays every ounce of what Gothic/Industrial is all about. If your a Depeche Mode, KMFDM, or a true industrial music lover at heart, this is a must album.

If you've been waiting for a new 16 volt, then this isn't it,

Recently I went to [a 16volt website], and i was thrilled to see that there was a new cd out. Ever since Supercoolnothing, I've been a hardcore 16 volt fan---one of my very elitest fav bands. But unfortunately, we'll just have to keep waiting. This is just a compilation of rough unpolished works. It can be compared to a special features section on a dvd, but I wouldn't give it any more than that. Nice to have, but you won't find yourself listening to it nonstop like the other 16 volt cds. (...)Nevertheless, this guy rocks, so check out his other albums, especially Supercoolnothing and Wisdom. |
