This album is still too good to listen to. This very unique Norwegian band have something special, and this album show those to us clearly. Better listen to it, if you like other albums of them. I bet you will be surprised.

This was the first Motorpscycho album I ever bought (thanks to an introduction from my friend Gudbrand). It made me buy tickets to the next concert and this was the beginning of an almost unhealthy addiction. Anyway, this is the first album where they really start to show their sense for the good melodies. Many of these songs could have been pop songs if it wasn't for the motorpsychodellic twist that make them so special. On Demon Box they create tensions ,only waiting to be revealed. And they dare wait...(even more so on the follow up, Timothy's Monster). But when they do, it's the rock'n'roll eqvialent of a Wagner opera; its like an orgasmic frenzy, a tentric one...rock on |
